Join us for a fun-packed weekend exploring shibari and ropes in many forms.

We will meet at La Cueva del Gato Rojo (Málaga) to explore the fascinating practice of Shibari in “taster sessions” and improve your skills in a safer and welcoming environment.

During this weekend, you will enjoy a complete Shibari experience: from Friday’s guided jam, through Saturday’s workshops with games and hands-on dynamics, to the creative and connective space of the Kinbaku Lounge, finishing on Sunday with an outdoor photo session.
You will discover different facets of this Japanese art and choose how you want to immerse yourself in it.

Throughout all activities, we will foster communication, emotional connection, and trust, always prioritizing safety, consent, and mutual respect, to create a positive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bring 3 or 4 ropes (preferably jute or hemp, 5–6 mm thick and 7–9 m long) and one short rope.
• Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
• A yoga mat.
