My experience in the Shibari classes with Aliya and Pol has been a true gift of self-discovery and growth. It has led me to deepen my emotional and sexual-emotional connections. I've become aware of attachment styles, emotional wounds, the awakening of fears, and moments of discomfort—alongside the beautiful gift of letting go. In the self-tying practice, there's a profound release, and in being untied, the incredible gift of someone else surrendering control to you—and the honour of being worthy of holding that gift. It has taken me a while to write this because I feel I'm still not fully aware of just how life-changing Shibari has been for me. In such a short time, I’ve come to understand how transformative the ropes are—and what a tremendous gift it is to have two wonderful teachers with such different yet complementary strengths, allowing me to expand both my masculine and feminine energy...Thank you, thank you, thank you!...To anyone wondering whether this is the right place for them—know that this is a beautiful home, with two amazing souls who are wholeheartedly willing to share everything they know.
